After your order
has been placed and processed on our website, we will email you a
"requisition form" within two hours. If you need it sooner, simply
call (toll free) 877.326.6652 and ask to be placed at the head of the line.
[Note: Orders placed
after midnight will be processed at 8:30 AM.]
Take the "requisition
form", along with the instructions provided in the body of the email, to
your nearest lab. They will recognize our account number, and collect your
specimen. There is no blood draw fee, service fee or facility fee.
For the majority of tests, the results will be available within 24-72 hours.
Your results will be sent to you and/or your healthcare provider (via email and/or
fax) as instructed on your online order form.
[Note: Some tests can take 7 - 10
business days.]
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. You and/or your
healthcare provider are the only ones who receive the results unless you
specifically direct us otherwise via email.
