Refund Policy
- Refunds are only permitted prior to submission of urine or blood specimens to the lab.
- Refunds must be requested in writing via email, and if issued there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
- No refunds after 21 days from receipt of payment.
- If the ordering party disputes the charge to their credit card company that results in a"chargeback or retrieval" to econoLABS, and if econoLABS prevails in the dispute, the customer forfeits refund.
