For the majority of tests, the results will be available within 24-72 hours. Your results will be sent to you and/or your healthcare provider (via email and/or fax) as instructed on your online order form. Some tests can take 7 - 10 business days.

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. You and/or your healthcare provider are the only ones who receive the results unless you specifically direct us otherwise via email.

If a laboratory test result is outside normal range, clients are encouraged to see a physician. If they do not have a physician we will provide them with a list of physicians in their city.
Laboratory test results may vary depending upon age, sex, time of day blood sample is taken, diet, medications, and the limits of modern technology. False positive and false negative test results are possible. Further, many tests, to be validated, will need to be repeated at the discretion of the consulting or treating physician.

When will I receive the results?

You can expect to receive the results by e-mail within 48-72 hours after the specimen is collected. Results from the specialty labs on hair, saliva, urine, and stool may take a week or longer up to 10 business days.

Are the results available online?
No.

How do I receive my results?
Results are emailed to you; However, they can also be FAXED or mailed to you if you prefer. Caution: For your privacy, do not use any email or fax number that can be viewed by others.

Are the results confidential?
Absolutely. Due to HIPAA rules and regulations, we cannot provide results to anyone over the phone.We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality. You are the only one who receives the results unless you specifically direct us otherwise on your order form. Unless otherwise specified on your online order form, results will be sent by email. If you prefer to receive it via regular mail, please indicate that on your online order form.

Will I be able to understand the test results?
Although abnormal test are in bold type, and the normal range is given for each test, you should consult with your physician regarding your test results.

How reliable are the results?
We use the leading national laboratories, which are fully accredited, licensed Medical Reference Labs. These are the same labs physicians and hospitals use.

Will my doctor see the results or receive a copy?
We deal directly, confidentially with you and email the results to you only. If you want your doctor to receive a copy, please request via the same email you used to place your order. 

What if I receive an abnormal value?
Abnormalities should be considered an early warning, but do not necessarily mean you have an illness or disease. We strongly recommend you discuss the results with your Doctor for evaluation, further testing, and diagnosis.
