DISCLOSURE OF LAB RESULTS TO THIRD PARTIES We will never send lab results to any third party whom you did not authorize (in writing) to receive your results. In as much as your lab results may be related to HIV and other STDs, drug screens results, psychiatric-medication blood levels or other lab results, please understand this before you instruct us to send said results to any third party. Lab results are emailed to the email from whence the order is placed. It can also be emailed or faxed to a third party of your choosing INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless econoLABS, its officers, directors, employees, contracted physicians, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account. Internal Review of Lab Results by Medical Staff To assure that abnormal results are brought to your immediate attention, all lab results must be reviewed by our medical staff. For the sake of efficiency, they are transmitted via email. If you do not want your labs sent via email for review by our medical staff, please do not place an order on this website.
